Teknofix is a comprehensive field service management and monitoring platform developed for large-scale technical support operations. The solution included both a web-based management system and an Android tablet application designed for field personnel. The platform was integrated with Salesforce, enabling automated daily job planning, task distribution, and route optimization. Field staff received assigned tasks through the mobile application, with routes generated directly on interactive maps. The operational workflow included secure personnel verification through daily selfie-based authentication with face recognition, ensuring correct personnel identification before task execution. Technicians logged into the system, checked in at each service location, completed dynamic technical service forms, and checked out before proceeding to the next task. The system supported complex, condition-based form generation, adapting workflows and documentation requirements according to task type and service conditions. It was specifically designed to support large-scale ADSL modem field support operations. To ensure reliability in all environments, the mobile application was built with full offline capability, allowing uninterrupted operation in areas without internet connectivity, with automatic data synchronization once connectivity was restored.
